The apartment is within a secure gated community. Only 30 meters to the friendly pool side bar where quality meals are available 7 days a week. sunbeds are available in the garden of the apartment for those looking for that little bit more privacy, keys are also available to unlock sunbeds by the pool side. these locks ensure you will always have use of a sun bed at the pool side. A toddlers pool is also available. in the evening a short 5 min walk through the beautiful gardens of Miraflores takes you to the Miraflores Club House, serving quality cuisine. a further short stroll takes you to the sea front with restaurants and further entertainment. Miraflores boasts its very own golf course.

Supermarkets are within a five minute walk where fresh bread is prepared daily in store. you will not be disappointed with the location and amenities of this apartment. The area around the Bar restaurant is a WIFI Free area please ask Javier at the bar for the password.
Maximum number of occupants is four persons.

A £150 non refundable deposit is required upon booking. Full balance amount payable 6 weeks prior to Arrival.

A cleaning and laundry charge of 80 Euro is payable in the resort to our key holder when picking up the keys.

Please note the replacement of a lost sunbed key is 50 Euro per key lost.
If booking a holiday within two weeks of arrival payment in full is required when booking.

A £100 accidental damage is also required at time of booking, if no damage at the end of your stay this amount will be refunded.

The rental period is from 3pm on day of arrival, and the apartment must be vacated by 11am on day of departure. Please enter your dates into the booking section to calculate the exact price of your holiday.
